The selective laser sintering of Nelon-6/Polystyrene composite materials

  • 摘要: 现在已经市场化的选择性激光烧结用高分子粉末烧结制件强度低,需要经过后处理才能满足使用要求.针对此问题,本文采用尼龙-6/聚苯乙烯体系复合材料作为选择性激光烧结的基体粉末,探讨氧化铝的加入方式对粉末烧结性能的影响,获得了烧结精度和力学性能都良好的制件.探讨了主要工艺参数对烧结性能的影响,并通过正交试验确定了尼龙-6/聚苯乙烯粉末体系优化的烧结工艺参数:激光功率10W,扫描速率100mm·s-1,扫描间距0.1mm,铺粉层厚0.20mm.

     

    Abstract: The mechanical strength of high molecular materials already used in SLS is too low to satisfy the demand without post-treatment.To solve this problem,nelon-6/PS composite materials were selected to act as SLS materials in this paper.The addition pattern of Al2O3 was studied.As a result,good sintering and mechanical properties were obtained.The influence of SLS parameters on sintering properties was studied,and the optimum parameters were decided by orthogonal experiments: laser power 10W,scanning rate 1,500 mm·s-1,scanning space 0.15 mm,layer thickness 0.20mm.
