基于多层线性模型的高职教师数字素养增值评价

Value-added Assessment of Higher Vocational Teachers’ Digital Literacy Based on HLM

  • 摘要: 高职教师数字素养是影响高职院校教育数字化转型的重要因素,其水平直接决定了智能教学设备的应用效能、产教融合资源的开发质量以及个性化人才培养的实施效果。本文基于实证研究法,对全国1102名高职院校教师进行问卷调查。运用多层线性模型(hierarchical linear model,HLM)分析方法,借助SPSS和HLM统计软件,系统地从教师个体特征和学校组织环境2个维度考察高职教师数字素养的影响机制。提出3个关键研究假设,并通过实证数据进行科学验证,同时运用增值评价分析不同学校间教师数字素养的水平,并提出提升教师数字素养的策略和方法。

     

    Abstract: The digital literacy of higher vocational teachers is a critical factor influencing the digital transformation of education in higher vocational colleges. Its level directly determines the application efficiency of intelligent teaching equipment, the development quality of industry-education integration resources, and the implementation effectiveness of personalized talent cultivation. This paper conduct a questionnaire survey involving 1102 higher vocational teachers nationwide based on an empirical research approach. Using hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) method with SPSS and HLM software, this study systematically examines the influencing mechanisms of higher vocational teachers' digital literacy from two dimensions: individual characteristics of teachers and the organizational environment of schools. Three key research hypotheses are proposed and scientifically validated through empirical data. Additionally, a value-added evaluation methodology is utilized to analyze digital literacy levels among educators across various institutions, leading to the proposal of strategies and methods to enhance teachers’ digital literacy.
