新型空沟−波阻板联合屏障隔振性能研究

Study on Vibration-isolation Performance of an Open Trench-wave Impedance Block Barrier

  • 摘要: 针对由简谐荷载引起的环境振动,为了弥补空沟深度限制导致的低频振动隔振效果不佳的问题,提出一种新型空沟−波阻板联合屏障,并对其隔振性能进行研究。运用ABAQUS有限元软件,对新型空沟−波阻板联合屏障进行数值模拟,通过分析位移和加速度的衰减曲线图和均值图,探究空沟和波阻板相对深度、联合屏障与振源距离、振源频率以及波阻板材料等因素对隔振性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:新型空沟−波阻板联合屏障具有较好的隔振性能,能显著改善单一空沟因深度限制对低频振动隔振效果的不足。

     

    Abstract: Considering the environmental vibrations caused by harmonic loads, a novel type of open trench-wave impedance block barrier was proposed to compensate for the low-frequency vibration isolation resulting from the limited the depth of the open trenches. And the vibration isolation performance was studied. Numerical simulation was carried out for the open trench-wave impedance block barrier by employong the finite element software ABAQUS. Key parameters including the relative depth of the open trench and wave impedance block barrier, the distance from the barrier to the vibration source, the frequency of the vibration source, and the material of wave impedance block were investigated by analyzing the attenuation curves and mean graphs of displacement and acceleration. The results show that the open trench-wave impedance block barrier demonstrates superior vibration isolation capabilities, significantly improving the low frequency vibration isolation performance of open trenches induced by the depth limitation.
