Abstract:
Considering the environmental vibrations caused by harmonic loads, a novel type of open trench-wave impedance block barrier was proposed to compensate for the low-frequency vibration isolation resulting from the limited the depth of the open trenches. And the vibration isolation performance was studied. Numerical simulation was carried out for the open trench-wave impedance block barrier by employong the finite element software ABAQUS. Key parameters including the relative depth of the open trench and wave impedance block barrier, the distance from the barrier to the vibration source, the frequency of the vibration source, and the material of wave impedance block were investigated by analyzing the attenuation curves and mean graphs of displacement and acceleration. The results show that the open trench-wave impedance block barrier demonstrates superior vibration isolation capabilities, significantly improving the low frequency vibration isolation performance of open trenches induced by the depth limitation.
