基于“互联网+”和OBE教学法的临床医学专业“中医学”教学探索与实践

An Exploration and Practice of “Traditional Chinese Medicine” of Clinical Medicine Speciality Based on Integrating “Internet+” and OBE Teaching Method

  • 摘要: 为探讨“互联网+”联合OBE教学法在临床医学专业“中医学”教学中实施和应用的效果,以2020级临床医学班为研究对象,通过简单随机抽签法确定以临床医学3班45名学生作为对照组,4班44名学生作为实验组。实验组实施“互联网+”联合OBE的新型教学法,对照组实施传统课堂教学模式。教学效果评价主要采用理论成绩和满意度问卷调查。结果表明实验组学生的平时成绩、期中考试、期末考试成绩和综合成绩均优于对照组学生,实验组学生对教学方法等方面的满意度均明显高于对照组。但两组学生在提升创新能力方面满意度无明显差别。由此可知,“互联网+”联合OBE教学法在西医院校“中医学”教学中提升了教学效果和学生的满意度,为西医院校“中医学”的教学改革提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: To explore the effects and application of the combination method of “Internet+” and OBE teaching method in the teaching of “Traditional Chinese Medicine” of clinical medicine speciality, the grade 2020 of clinical medicine was selected as the research object, with the 45 students in the class three determined as the control group by simple random sampling , and 44 students in the class four determined as the experimental group. The experimental group implemented the new teaching method of the combination of “Internet+” and OBE, and the control group chose the traditional classroom teaching mode. Theoretical scores and satisfaction questionnaires were mainly adopted to evaluate the teaching effect. The results show that the average scores of regular exams, midterm exams, final exams, and comprehensive scores of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group. The satisfaction of the experimental group in teaching methods and other aspects was significantly higher than that of the control group, while no significant difference in satisfaction of enhancing innovative ability. It can be seen that the application of the combination method of “Internet+” and OBE teaching method in the teaching of “Traditional Chinese Medicine” in schools of western medicine improve the teaching effect and student satisfaction, providing a new idea for the reform of “Traditional Chinese Medicine” teaching in schools of western medicine.
