路内停车与动态交通的耦合关系建模研究

Research on the Coupling Relationship Modeling Between On-street Parking and Dynamic Traffic

  • 摘要: 为了研究路内停车与动态交通之间的相互关系,采用层次分析法对路内停车与动态交通之间的影响因素进行定量分析。利用MATLAB计算出各耦合指标的合成权重,依据合成权重选择停车频数、停车平均耗时和道路交通量作为研究的耦合指标。构建路内停车与动态交通的耦合关系模型,并提出相应的停车泊位设置方案。通过对子实路路内停车和动态交通流的分析对其耦合关系进行实例验证。研究结果表明:实施停车泊位设置方案,使动态交通流的行驶速度平均增加11.1%,有效地降低了路内停车对动态交通流的负面影响,并提高了道路的运行效率。

     

    Abstract: To explore the relationship between on-road parking and dynamic traffic, the analytic hierarchy process is employed to quantitatively assess the influencing factors concerning on-road parking and dynamic traffic. The synthetic weights of each coupling index are calculated using MATLAB software. According to the synthetic weights, parking frequency, average parking time and road traffic volume are selected as the coupling indexes. A coupling relationship model between on-road parking and dynamic traffic is developed, and the corresponding parking scheme is proposed. By analyzing in-road parking and dynamic traffic flow on Zishi roads, the existence of a coupling relationship is exemplified and validated. The results show that the implementation of parking scheme can increase the speed of dynamic traffic flow by 11.1% on average, effectively mitigating the negative impact of on-road parking on dynamic traffic flow, and improving the efficiency of road operation.
