互联网时代下基于主动学习的风湿免疫学研究生教学思考

Curvature Thought on the Teaching of Rheumatology and Immunology Post Education Based on Active Learning in the Internet Era

  • 摘要: 根据国家对研究生人才培养的新要求,风湿免疫学科正经历着快速的发展和更新迭代,主动学习被认为是未来研究生教学的重要方向之一。目前我国风湿免疫专业研究生对主动学习的重视程度不够,尤其是在当前互联网时代,数字化教学发展迅速,教学实施过程存在一定的问题,包括教师在转变教育方式时不适应、学习者缺乏主动性、可能存在社会风险,以及互联网应用未真正普及至学科教育中。本文就现今基于主动学习的教学模式进行学理分析并提出相应的优化策略,包括:提供教师培训帮助教师更好地适应变革,激励学习者提高主动性,关注社会风险,倡导互联网技术的普及和应用等。通过教学改革,进一步提高了该学科主动学习的效果,促进了风湿免疫学科研究生人才的全面培养。

     

    Abstract: According to the new requirements for graduate talent cultivation set by the government, the field of rheumatology and immunology is experiencing rapid development and iteration. Active learning is considered as one of the important directions for the graduate education in the future. Currently, there is insufficient emphasis on active learning in the field of rheumatology and immunology in our country, especially in the era of the Internet where digital teaching is rapidly advancing. As a result, there are certain obstacles in the implementation of teaching, including teachers’ resistance to changing educational methods, lack of initiative among learners, potential social risks, and the limited application of the Internet in discipline-specific education. This paper conducts theoretical analysis based on the direction of active learning and proposes corresponding optimization strategies, including providing teacher training to help them better adapt to the changes, motivating learners to improve their initiative, addressing social risks, and advocating for the popularization and application of Internet technology. Through these optimization strategies, the effectiveness of active learning in the field can be further enhanced, thus promoting the comprehensive cultivation of graduate talents in rheumatology and immunology.
