Abstract: Developing key competences and cultivating flight talents in line with the needs of the times and the industry are the focus and difficulties of current pilot training. In this paper, based on the connotation analysis of the key competences of flight talents, the systematic model of the key qualities of civil aviation pilots is constructed. According to the characteristics of talent training of the university, the target of improving the key competences of flight technology majors for flight trainees in the stage of academic education is specified. With the combination of ideological and political education with the construction of the flight technology major, the curriculum’s ideological and political construction is carried out with the goal of improving the key competences of the student pilots, so as to form the same development direction of the curriculum ideological and political education and the construction of the major and realize the collaborative education of the curriculum ideological and political education.
