Abstract:
The realization of carbon peak and neutrality goals is a broad and profound social and systematic reform, which puts forward new requirements for strengthening the training of all kinds of talents in the new era, and presents both opportunities and challenges to the higher education of environmental engineering major. In view of the problems in the course of “Soil Pollution and Control”, such as outdated textbook, limited class hours, monotonous teaching form and neglect of practice, etc., the teaching reform of the course were explored from the aspects of the course content, teaching method, experimental course, course examination and evaluation method, and so on. The teaching practice of this course show that integrating “dual carbon” target into professional knowledge teaching can not only enhance students’ employment confidence, but also improve their learning interest and practical ability, while the teaching quality has also been significantly improved.
