Abstract:
The curriculum “Environmental Engineering Instrument Analysis” is designed with the guiding ideology of student-centered, and the teaching contents of the curriculum is reconstructed from the perspective of different instruments and ability cultivation of students. A three-dimensional curriculum resource is constructed to help improve knowledge, ability and quality goals at same time for undergraduates. Multiple teaching methods are employed, with activities organized before, during, and after class. Then, the curriculum has been recognized as a blended provincial first-class curriculum, integrating professional knowledge with curriculum ideology and politics, online with offline resources, offline classroom with online information teaching, and formative evaluation with finally examination. At present, the online classroom has a cumulative total of nearly 1000 students taking courses, with nearly 340 000 cumulative page views. The result of comparing students ’ learning effect and achievement degree of engineering certification before and after the curriculum reform indicates that the course’s has been successful in achieving the goal of being high-level nature, innovative nature, and challenge extent. This accomplishment can be served as a valuable reference for the reform and promotion of similar curricula.
