金课背景下飞行学员航理课程系统化教学设计研究

Research on Systematic Instructional Design of Aviation Theory Courses for Pilot Students Under the Background of “Golden Courses”

  • 摘要: 该研究对照“金课”建设标准,从航理核心课程“空中领航学”入手,探索航理课程系统化教学设计方案。在教学设计过程中,大量融入实践元素,将教学目标向“能力、创新和难度”这3个维度偏移。教学实践和教学评价表明,新的教学设计方案能够提高飞行学员的理论水平,促进飞行学员建立情景意识,缩短飞行学员的航校适应期。

     

    Abstract: Based on the construction standards of “golden courses”, a systematic instructional design scheme is explored for “Air Navigation”, which is a core course in the teaching of aviation theory. In the design of teaching, a large amount of practical elements are integrated and the teaching objectives are directed towards the three dimensions, i.e. ability, innovation and degree of difficulty. The results of teaching practice and teaching evaluation show that the new instructional design scheme can greatly improve pilot students’ theoretical level, promote their situational awareness, and shorten the flight school adaptation period.
