基于模糊物元模型的装配式建筑成本风险评价

Cost Risk Assessment of Prefabricated Building Based on Fuzzy Matter-element Model

  • 摘要: 近些年来,中国政府大力推广装配式建筑,然而装配式建筑过高的成本直接影响了装配式建筑发展。为了有效控制成本,本文对装配式建筑成本评价问题进行探讨。从环境、设计、生产、其他4个方面建立成本评价指标体系,通过综合权重确定主要影响因素,同时构建模糊物元模型,结合物元理论对实际案例进行等级评价,并根据结果提出相应建议,期望为项目成本评价提供方法依据。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the Chinese government has vigorously promoted the prefabricated buildings, but the high cost of prefabricated construction directly restricts its development. In order to control the cost effectively, this work discusses the cost evaluation of prefabricated construction. The cost risk evaluation index system is established based on four aspects including environment, design, production and other factors. By determining the main influence factors with comprehensive weights, and building fuzzy matter-element model, and combining with matter-element theory, grade evaluation of actual cases are carried out. The corresponding suggestions are put forward according to the results, which will provide a methodological reference for project cost evaluation.
