Abstract: With the continuous development of China’s strategy of “rejuvenating the country through science and education”, we have broadened the new ideas for the cultivation of vocal music art talents, expended the field of vocal music art, promoted the interdisciplinary exchanges among vocal music talents. It is like a pilot light pointing out the way for training one major with multi talents in vocal music fields in China, and leading the pace of exploring and development. Therefore, supported by science and technology, universities in China should pay more attention to the cultivation of professional talents of vocal music, and deeply engrave the melody of vocal music art into the soul of the vocal music talents, promoting Chinese music charm to all over the world. For instance, we analyzed the existing problems in the cultivation of vocal music talents in Nanchang Hangkong University and combined with the development pathway of informatization talent training in this university, as well as merged the hard power from science and technology and soft power from culture together in this paper. Moreover, taking “Internet +” as the fertile ground for the tree growth of vocal music talents, an “one-specialized and multi-skilled” vocal music talent training model based on big data is proposed, which is in line with the development trend of the time and the “Internet +” background.
