Abstract:
Abating structural weight has always been the goal pursued by aircraft design. With the development of 3D printing technology, it is possible to manufacture various complex structures. Taking full advantage of the excellent mechanical properties of the triply periodic minimal surface structure, the TPMS-P structure was used to redesign the diagonal struts of a certain type of landing gear, and analyze the surface parameters of TPMS-P with different exterual wallthickness. Two kinds of optimized structures were designed, and the simulation results show that the structural optimization of the minimal surface can effectively relieve the stress concentration and reduce the structural weight, which provides a new idea for the lightweight design of the structure.
