Abstract:
Surface mount technology is an important professional course for the electronic packaging technology major of the school of Aeronautical Manufacturing Engineering, Nanchang Hangkong University. Students′ mastery degree of this course will have an important influence on students ′ other professional courses and the construction of “engineering” thinking. Based on the characteristics of surface mount technology with less class hours and more knowledge points, in order to ensure the quality and effect of teaching, this research intends to adopt an online and offline hybrid teaching mode, using “flipped” classroom, problem-oriented and group discussion methods for teaching practice, and conduct teaching quality evaluation. The purpose is to explore a new teaching mode through this teaching reform method, improve teaching quality, and achieve the goal of being result-oriented.
