以学科建设驱动研究生创新能力培养模式的探索与实践以南昌航空大学环境专业为例

  • 摘要: 目前我国研究生创新能力培养过程中存在人均科研资源有限,专业教学与思政育人不能同频共振,科研育人机制不健全等问题。南昌航空大学以传统优势学科——环境专业领域的硕士研究生为培养对象,以学科平台建设为驱动力、以高质量纵向项目和横向课题为载体,提高导师指导能力,在研究生培养各环节中融入思政教育元素,发挥“学术交流−资助及奖励−创新竞赛”协同联动模式的积极作用,构建和实践了学科建设驱动研究生创新能力的新型人才培养模式。此人才培养模式促进了研究生创新能力提升和导师业务水平提高。

     

    Abstract: At present, there are some problems in cultivating the innovation ability of graduate students. For example, per capita scientific research resources are limited, professional teaching cannot resonate with ideological and political education at the same frequency, and scientific research education mechanism is not perfect. Nanchang Hangkong University takes the postgraduates in the field of environment as object, the construction of discipline platform as the driving force, and the high-quality vertical and horizontal projects as the carriers, strengthens the construction of teaching staff, runs through the ideological and political education in the whole process of postgraduate training, and plays a collaborative role of ‘academic exchange, funding, reward, innovation and competition’. The novel mode of discipline construction driving graduate students’ innovation ability has been fabricated and implemented, which promotes the innovation ability of graduate students and the improvement of tutors’ professional level.
