Abstract:
Based on requirements of new engineering for environmental engineering major undergraduate teaching, this paper explores the reform of instrument analysis curriculum, a typical special basic curriculum, to cultivate ability and morality simultaneously. We update the framework and contents combining with the characteristics of environmental engineering and industry development situation, adopt diversified teaching methods, such as the main line teaching by professional teacher, case interpretation by environmental engineer, simulation experiments and related curriculum integration practices to stimulate interest of undergraduate students and guide them thinking and practicing. After finishing the curriculum, students not only have the ability to identify pollution sources, analyze the causes of pollution and solve problems, and more importantly, establish professional ethics and have the consciousness of serving the country and the people.
