创新产学研合作模式,提升专业办学质量以南昌航空大学金属材料工程专业为例

  • 摘要: 本文分析了高校与企业产学研合作存在的问题,阐述了产学研合作的必要性。以南昌航空大学金属材料工程专业为例,多渠道探索了“三三五”产学研合作创新模式,即建立了三层次产学研合作平台,开展了三类型科研合作,制定了五支撑机制。同时分享了产学研合作成果,为材料类专业产学研合作及人才培养提供了有益探索和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cooperation between universities and enterprises, and expounds the necessity of the cooperation between universities and enterprises.Taking the metal materials Engineering major of Nanchang Hangkong University as the example, an innovative model of “three three five” industry-university-research cooperation was explored through multiple channels. That is, a three-level platform for industry-university-research cooperation has been established, three types of research cooperation have been carried out, and five supporting mechanisms have been developed. At the same time, the achievements of industry-university-research cooperation have been shared, providing useful exploration and reference for industry-university-research cooperation and talent training of materials majors.
