Abstract:
Using the BIM construction model, through virtual construction, establish and verify the project management plan to improve the work efficiency, and effectively avoid the engineering safety accidents caused by the template collapse. Accurately and efficiently calculate the quantity of work to assist the construction cost control. Scientifically establish the schedule to ensure implementation of the project. Establish project quality, safety, civilized construction and green construction plans, and clarify key points of control. Moreover, it can assist schedule adjustment and record change data. This paper takes a project as an example and introduces the practice and application of BIM technology in the advance management of tall template engineering construction.
