Application of BIM Technology in Construction Management of Tall Formwork Engineering

  • 摘要: 应用BIM施工模型,通过虚拟建造,建立及校核项目管理方案,提高工作效率,有效避免因模板坍塌引起的工程安全事故。精确高效计算工程量,辅助施工成本控制;科学确立进度计划安排,保障项目顺利实施;建立项目质量、安全、文明施工及绿色施工方案,明确管控要点。辅助进度计划调整,记录变更数据。本文以某项目为例,介绍了BIM技术在高大模板工程施工事前管理中的实践与应用。

     

    Abstract: Using the BIM construction model, through virtual construction, establish and verify the project management plan to improve the work efficiency, and effectively avoid the engineering safety accidents caused by the template collapse. Accurately and efficiently calculate the quantity of work to assist the construction cost control. Scientifically establish the schedule to ensure implementation of the project. Establish project quality, safety, civilized construction and green construction plans, and clarify key points of control. Moreover, it can assist schedule adjustment and record change data. This paper takes a project as an example and introduces the practice and application of BIM technology in the advance management of tall template engineering construction.
