Application and Development of Faster Non-deatructive Testing Technology in Composite Materials

  • 摘要: 论述了快速无损检测技术在复合材料检测中的应用,针对不同种类复合材料的结构特点,分析了超声成像检测、射线成像检测、红外热成像检测、激光电子散斑干涉成像检测和太赫兹等无损检测技术特点。根据复合材料检测内部质量对快速无损检测技术的要求,结合快速无损检测技术不足及存在的问题,对未来的快速无损检测发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The application of rapid nondestructive testing technology in composite material testing is discussed. According to the structural characteristics of different kinds of composite materials, the characteristics of nondestructive testing technologies such as ultrasonic imaging testing, ray imaging testing, infrared thermal imaging testing, laser electronic speckle pattern interference imaging testing and terahertz are analyzed. According to the requirements of the internal quality of composite material testing for rapid nondestructive testing technology, combined with the shortcomings and existing problems of rapid nondestructive testing technology, the development trend of rapid nondestructive testing in the future is prospected.
