基于TOPCARES-CDIO构建高水平工程人才评估体系研究

Research on Constructing High-level Engineering Talent Evaluation System Based on TOPCARES-CDIO

  • 摘要: 传统的高校人才培养以教师及其课程为中心,忽视学生自身是教育的核心,导致学生综合素质的培养不足。本文对国内外工程教育的发展和问题进行分析,引出工程管理专业人才培养中存在的问题。根据TOPCARES-CDIO教育理念对工程管理专业的培养目标重新进行定位,细化能力指标,并运用TOPCARES-CDIO教育理念构建工程管理专业人才培养的评估体系,有效解决工程类高水平人才培养质量的提升问题。

     

    Abstract: Traditional university talent training centers on teachers and their courses, ignoring that students themselves are the core of education, leading to insufficient training of students' comprehensive qualities. This article analyzes the development and problems of engineering education at home and abroad, and draws out the problems existing in the training of engineering management professionals. According to the TOPCARES-CDIO educational philosophy, the training objectives of the engineering management major are repositioned, the ability indicators are refined, and the TOPCARES-CDIO educational philosophy is used to construct an evaluation system for the training of engineering management professionals, effectively solving the improvement of the quality of high-level engineering talent training problem.
