Abstract:
Traditional university talent training centers on teachers and their courses, ignoring that students themselves are the core of education, leading to insufficient training of students' comprehensive qualities. This article analyzes the development and problems of engineering education at home and abroad, and draws out the problems existing in the training of engineering management professionals. According to the TOPCARES-CDIO educational philosophy, the training objectives of the engineering management major are repositioned, the ability indicators are refined, and the TOPCARES-CDIO educational philosophy is used to construct an evaluation system for the training of engineering management professionals, effectively solving the improvement of the quality of high-level engineering talent training problem.
