Abstract:
The virtual simulation technique can simulate the actual experimental operations on the computer, and it is expected to solve the main problems of ultrasonic testing experiment teaching, such as too many operating steps, high cost, and real-time monitoring. In the research, a virtual simulation experiment platform is established for teaching ultrasonic nondestructive testing process, and sound field analysis and control functions are added to the key operation steps. Moreover, the online teaching platform of multi-dimensional is also established to ensure the experimental teaching works. This virtual simulation experiment can help students grasp the detection technology proficiently, clarify the relationship among detection parameters, sound field and detection results, and enable students to develop their innovative and practical ability on the basis of in-depth understanding of ultrasonic testing sound field control theory.
