超声波检测工艺与声场观测的虚拟仿真实验教学研究与实践

Research and Practice of Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching of Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing Process and Sound Field Observation

  • 摘要: 虚拟仿真实验可在计算机上模拟现场实验过程,有望解决超声波无损检测实验教学中操作步骤多、难以实时监控、成本高的问题。本研究构建了超声波无损检测实验的虚拟仿真平台,在关键操作步骤中增加声场分析与控制功能,并构建了支撑虚拟仿真实验教学的多维线上教学平台。本虚拟仿真实验可帮助学生熟练掌握检测工艺、厘清检测参数−声场变化−检测结果的相互关系,使学生在深入理解检测声场控制理论的基础上培养学生的创新实践能力。

     

    Abstract: The virtual simulation technique can simulate the actual experimental operations on the computer, and it is expected to solve the main problems of ultrasonic testing experiment teaching, such as too many operating steps, high cost, and real-time monitoring. In the research, a virtual simulation experiment platform is established for teaching ultrasonic nondestructive testing process, and sound field analysis and control functions are added to the key operation steps. Moreover, the online teaching platform of multi-dimensional is also established to ensure the experimental teaching works. This virtual simulation experiment can help students grasp the detection technology proficiently, clarify the relationship among detection parameters, sound field and detection results, and enable students to develop their innovative and practical ability on the basis of in-depth understanding of ultrasonic testing sound field control theory.
