产教融合的航空制造人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Aerospace Manufacturing Talents Training Mode Based on Integration Between Industry and Education

  • 摘要: 航空制造行业是创新驱动发展的重点领域,是江西省重点发展的战略性新兴产业。为适应航空产业转型升级对航空制造人才提出的新要求,与中航工业洪都集团合作开展了工装设计岗位急需的航空制造人才培养探索与实践。从人才培养目标确定、专业课程体系构建、创新实践教学方式和完善校企协同管理机制等方面形成的有效方法,确保产教融合人才培养达到预期目标。

     

    Abstract: Aerospace manufacturing industry is the key field of innovation driven development and a strategic emerging industry in Jiangxi Province. In order to adapt to the new requirements of aviation industry transformation and upgrading for aerospace manufacturing talents, we cooperated with AVIC Hongdu group to carry out the exploration and practice of aerospace manufacturing talents training urgently needed by tooling design posts. Effective methods are formed from determining talent training objectives, constructing professional curriculum system, innovating practical teaching methods and improving school enterprise collaborative management mechanism, so as to ensure that the talent training of industry education integration achieves the expected goal.
