热障涂层失效机制及其清洗技术研究进展

Research Advance in Failure Mechanism of Thermal Barrier Coatings and Cleaning Technology

  • 摘要: 热障涂层(thermal barrier coatings,简称TBCs)是提高航空发动机涡轮叶片工作温度的有效途径之一,然而在其使用过程中,由于受到热冲刷、高温腐蚀等因素而使其脱落失效,故而影响了航空发动机的工作效率。本文首先分析了热障涂层的失效机制,阐明不同失效机制下热障涂层状态,总结了目前失效热障涂层的清除方式,重点探讨了激光清洗在热障涂层中的应用前景及未来发展趋势,为失效热障涂层的去除提供新的技术方案。

     

    Abstract: Thermal barrier coating is one of the effective ways to improve the working temperature of aero-engine turbine blades. However, due to thermal erosion, high-temperature corrosion and other factors, failure and falls off often occur during its service, thus affecting the working efficiency of aero-engine. In this paper, the failure mechanisms of thermal barrier coating are firstly analyzed, and the final state of thermal barrier coating under different failure mechanisms are clarified; then the current cleaning methods of thermal barrier coating are summarized; finally, the application prospect and future development trend of laser cleaning in thermal barrier coating are emphatically discussed, which provides a new technical scheme for the removal of thermal barrier coating.
