环境感知对高校青年教师科研创新能力激励分析

Analysis on the Encouragement of Environmental Perception on the Research and Innovation Ability of Young Teachers in Universities

  • 摘要: 高校青年教师是推动科技强国的生力军,提升高校青年教师的科研能力是科技创新的必由之路。基于深度访谈法,调查了环境感知对青年教师科研创新能力的影响因素。对影响科研能力的政治环境、政策环境、学术环境以及家庭环境4个影响因素进行了分析。针对每种因素提出了提升科研创新能力的政策建议。为高校青年教师的科研创新能力培养提供路径借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Young teachers in universities are the new force to promote a strong country in science and technology, and improving the scientific research capabilities of young teachers in universities is the only way to technological innovation. Based on the in-depth interview method, the influence factors of environmental perception on the scientific research and innovation ability of young teachers is investigated. Four influencing factors of political environment, policy environment, academic environment and family environment that affect scientific research capabilities are analyzed. Policy recommendations to improve scientific research and innovation capabilities are proposed respectively. References are provided for the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of young teachers in universities.
