LED封装硅胶增黏剂的合成及黏接性能研究

Synthesis and Properties of Adhesion Promoter Used in LED Packaging Silicone Rubber

  • 摘要: 以羟基乙烯基硅油、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为原料,通过缩合反应制备得到含环氧基、丙烯酰氧基和乙烯基的聚硅氧烷增黏剂。以乙烯基硅油与含氢硅油为基础材料制备得到加成型LED封装胶空白胶,添加不同增黏剂后对其黏接性能进行研究。结果表明:n(KH560):n(KH570)的摩尔比为9:1时制得的有机硅增黏剂,在LED封装胶中添加量为2%时黏接性能达到最佳状态,且对LED铁支架的黏接性能优于LED铜支架。

     

    Abstract: Taking hydroxyvinyl silicone oil, γ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane (KH-560), γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (KH-570) as raw materials, silicone adhesion promoters containing epoxy, acryloyloxy and vinyl groups were synthesized by condensation reaction. The blank LED packaging silicone rubber were prepared by vinyl silicone oil and hydrogen silicone oil, the properties were studied by adding different kinds of adhesion promoters. The experiments demonstrated that the silicone adhesion promoter synthesized by KH560 and KH570 with the molar ratio of 9∶1 has the best adhesion performance when its containing ratio in the LED packaging silicone rubber is 2%. And the adhesion performance of the LED iron bracket is superior to that of the LED copper bracket.
