Abstract:
Magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave technology has attracted great attention of scholars both at home and abroad because of its advantages of long distance and rapid detection. Guided waves do not need special treatment for the surface of the detection pipeline, and can detect the detected objects in the high temperature environment and the surface with certain thickness protection layer. At present, based on the advantages of magnetostrictive guided waves, the functions of magnetostrictive guided waves have become increasingly powerful by combining with other new technologies, and applying new modeling methods and signal processing methods. Nearly ten years of literature as the basis, engineering application of guided wave technology from several aspects, the principle and model of the magnetostrictive sensor and experimental research, signal processing and the research status of the magnetostriction of magnetostrictive guided waves and the latest progress and development prospect of magnetostrictive guided wave detection is prospected.
