“航空维修工程”课程思政建设与教学实践

Ideological and Political Course Construction and Teaching Practice of Aviation Maintenance Engineering

  • 摘要: 针对航空维修专业核心课“航空维修工程”,从航空维修发展历程、航空事业取得的伟大成就,航空维修中的“工匠精神”、工程中的典型案例,挖掘课程中蕴含的大量思想政治教育元素,并将之融入了维修可靠性、安全性、维修性,维修要求,维修活动,维修任务分析、维修成本分析,维修方案制定、可靠性管理、适航管理,保障支援,维修质量等知识点,开展课程思政。采用启发式、研讨式、拓展式等教学模式,激发学生学习兴趣,在培养学生思维能力、分析问题解决问题能力,创新能力方面取得了较好的效果。将爱国情怀、航空报国、爱岗敬业、安全理念、质量意识、底线思维、责任担当、团队精神、职业道德等思想政治教育元素嵌入了课堂教学中,实现了知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造有机融合,将“立德树人”落到了实处。

     

    Abstract: “Aeronautical Maintenance Engineering” is one of the core courses of the aviation maintenance major. From the development of aviation maintenance, the great achievements of the aviation industry, the “craftsmanship spirit” in aviation maintenance, and typical cases in engineering, a large number of ideological and political educational elements of the course is excavated. Incorporating the elements into the knowledge points of Aeronautical Maintenance Engineering including maintenance reliability, safety, maintainability, maintenance requirements, maintenance activities, maintenance task analysis, maintenance cost analysis, maintenance programs formulation, reliability management, airworthiness management, spare parts support, maintenance quality management, etc. the ideological and political education is implemented. Applying the teaching methods like heuristics, seminar and knowledge expansions and so on, the study interests of the students are inspired. Moreover, the students’ thinking ability, analyzing and solving problem ability, and innovative ability are cultivated by the achievement of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education elements, such as patriotic feelings, aviation service to the country, love and dedication to work, safety concept, quality consciousness, bottom line thinking, responsibility, team spirit, professional ethics and other ideological and political education elements, are embedded in the classroom teaching, and the knowledge transfer, ability training, value shaping and organic integration are realized, and the “cultivating people with morality” is put into practice.
