Abstract: College students are the main force of enterprise production, operation and management in the future. They should acquire not only the professional knowledge, but also the management quality. General educational curriculum system in our colleges generally lacks content of management quality, which leads to college students’ lack of the basic knowledge in enterprises management. This situation is difficult to meet the requirement of modern enterprise management for college students. Quality, environment and occupational health and safety are the core elements of enterprise operation and management, and the standards about them have been widely applied in enterprise management. These three standards contain not only the management philosophy, but also sufficient and systematic management knowledge and methods. It is of great significance to create a general course about management knowledge based on these three standards, because it can be used to carry out college students’ management quality education, improve the general educational curriculum system of colleges in our country, meanwhile, can play an important role in training compound talents in technology and management for enterprises.
