CDIO和虚拟仿真相融合的飞机装配工艺教学新方法

Exploration of New Teaching Method for Aircraft Assembly Technology Course Based on CDIO and Simulation

  • 摘要: 随着我国飞机机型更新加快和装配技术的迅猛发展,飞机装配工艺教学设备陈旧老化和设备台套数少的不足日益突出。为此,提出CDIO教育理念和虚拟仿真相融合的“飞机装配工艺”课程教学新方法。以虚拟仿真教学为手段,改善飞机装配教学实验设备台套数不够及其技术落后的不足。用CDIO教育理念对“飞机装配工艺”虚拟仿真教学进行指导,构建3级虚拟仿真实验实践项目将学生由被动学习转换为主动思考,由被动接受转换为自主实验验证。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid upgrading aircraft types and development of assembly technology in China, the shortcomings of the obsolete, aging and teaching and small quantity of equipments have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, a new teaching method of Aircraft Assembly Technology course is proposed, which integrates the CDIO education concept and virtual simulation. Using virtual simulation teaching to increase the quantity and improve technical backwardness of experimental equipments for aircraft assembly teaching. The CDIO education concept is introduced to guide the virtual simulation teaching of Aircraft Assembly Technology course. A level 3 virtual simulation experiment practice project is constructed to transform students from passive learning to active thinking, and from passive acceptance to independent experimental verification.
