基于机器视觉的航空发动机C形环密封性能检测系统

Sealing Performance Test of Aero Engine C-ring Based on Machine Vision

  • 摘要: 航空发动机C形密封环是一种具有较大向外扩张变形的金属弹性环,其密合性能关系着发动机工作效率。针对生产过程中密封性能检测问题,搭建基于CMOS工业相机密封环弱透光环境下漏光量检测平台,采用NI可视化软件Vision Assistant采集图像并进行处理,可实现漏光区域μm级尺寸与面积测量。经工件试样测试结果表明:该技术识别精度高,可大大提高检测效率,为C形密封环性能测试提供了一种新的有效途径。

     

    Abstract: The aero-engine C-ring seal is a metal elastic ring with large outward expansion deformation, and its tightness is related to the working efficiency of the engine. Aiming at the sealing performance detection problem in the production process, the light leakage detection platform based on the CMOS industrial camera seal ring weak light transmission environment is built. The image is processed and processed by the NI visualization software Vision Assistant, which can rm measure μm-level size and area of the light leakage area. The test results of the work piece sample show that the technology has high recognition accuracy and can greatly improve the detection efficiency, which provides a new effective way for the performance test of the C-ring seal.
