Abstract:
At present, most of the traditional monitoring systems for gearbox use wired data transmission for monitoring, while the traditional monitoring system is prone to the phenomenon of monitoring and management disconnection. Aiming at these problems, a coordinator composed of stm32f103c8t6 and CC2530 with 32-bit Cortex-M3 core is designed. Through the construction of ZigBee wireless local area network, the information collected by the sensor is sent to the upper computer monitoring interface in real time. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional monitoring method, wireless monitoring can improve the stability of monitoring to the greatest extent in the same efficiency, so as to provide a feasible scheme for wireless monitoring of gearbox.
