复合材料注射成型纤维取向数值模拟分析

  • 摘要: 基于Hele-Shaw理论及广义非牛顿流体本构方程,采用RSC取向模型,建立了短纤维增强聚合物注射成型流动数学模型。采用Moldflow对纤维增强聚合物在矩形薄板中的注射成型进行数值模拟。结果表明:沿宽度方向,矩形薄板两侧处的纤维取向程度高于薄板中部;沿流动方向,入口段和流动末端纤维取向较差,中段取向较好。随着熔体温度的升高,纤维取向值先增大后减小;而随着注射时间的增加,纤维取向值增大。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of Hele-Shaw and generalized Non Newtonian fluid constitutive equation, the flow mathematical model of injection molding of fiber reinforced polymer is established. Coupled with the RSC orientation model injection molding of fiber reinforced polymer is simulated by Moldflow software in rectangular mold. The results show that Along the width direction, the fiber orientation degree on both sides of rectangular mold is higher than orientation degree of the central plate; Along the flow direction, fiber orientation is poorer in the entrance section and the flow terminal piece, while fiber orientation is better in the middle piece. With the temperature of melt increasing, the fiber orientation value increases first and then decreases. Flow rate has little effect on the fiber orientation. And with the increase of injection time, fiber orientation value increase.
