钛合金微织构表面仿真及其摩擦性能实验研究

Microtexture Mechanism and Properties of Titanium Alloy Based on Ultrasonic Elliptical Vibration

  • 摘要: 采用Matlab软件建立钛合金超声椭圆辅助车削表面微织构仿真模型。分析了超声椭圆振动辅助车削参数对微织构形貌的影响规律。设计了钛合金超声椭圆振动辅助车削表面微织构实验。利用自制摩擦实验装置获得微织构表面动摩擦系数。分析了进给速率、切削速度对微织构表面摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,随着进给速率的增大微织构表面动摩擦系数增大,而随着切削速度的增大微织构表面动摩擦系数降低。为了获得具有良好摩擦性能的微织构表面,超声椭圆振动辅助车削表面微织构过程中应该采用较低的进给速率、较高的切削速度。同时,相同切削参数获得的微织构表面在摩擦磨损实验中随着摩擦主轴转速的增大摩擦系数增大。因此,为了发挥微织构表面的性能,应该尽可能降低摩擦副之间的相对转速。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the surface micro-texture morphology of the elliptical-assisted turning is simulated by Matlab. The influence of ultrasonic elliptical vibration assisted turning parameters on micro-texture morphology was studied. It was found that the turning parameters can effectively change the size and arrangement of micro-texture. The surface micro-texture experiment of titanium alloy ultrasonic elliptical vibration assisted turning was designed. The dynamic friction coefficient of the microtextured surface was obtained by a self-made friction experiment device. The effects of feed rate and cutting speed on the friction properties of microtextured surfaces were analyzed. The results show that the dynamic friction coefficient of micro-texture surface increases with the increase of feed rate, and the dynamic friction coefficient of micro-texture surface decreases with the increase of cutting speed. In order to obtain a micro-textured surface with good friction properties, ultrasonic micro-elliptical vibration assisted turning of the surface micro-texture should adopt a lower feed rate and a higher cutting speed. At the same time, the micro-textured surface obtained by the same cutting parameters increases the friction coefficient with the increase of the friction spindle speed in the friction and wear experiment. Therefore, in order to exert the performance of the microtextured surface, the relative rotational speed between the friction pairs should be minimized.
