“蔗糖八乙酸酯的制备”综合性有机化学实验设计

Design on Comprehensive Organic Chemistry Experiment of Preparation of Sucrose Octaacetate

  • 摘要: 在有机化学实验课程中,通常忽略了生命科学和日常生活中最常见的碳水化合物有关的实验内容。"蔗糖八乙酸酯的制备"综合性实验的设计,弥补了这一不足,而且该实验具有原料易得、操作简便、产物产率高的特点。通过蔗糖八乙酸酯的合成和重结晶分离提纯,并进行红外、核磁、质谱和熔点测定对产物进行结构表征,形成一个完整的、系统的实验过程,不仅有效地提高学生们的动手能力、谱图分析和解析能力,还利于学生综合实验能力和科学素养的培养。

     

    Abstract: With the development of life science and technology, carbohydrates in organic chemistry courses should be paid more attention. But in most of the organic chemistry experiment courses in domestic colleges and universities, the experiments about carbohydrates are usually neglected. "Preparation of surcrose octaacetate" as a comprehensive experiment is designed to make up for this deficiency, including synthesis of sucrose octaacetate, purification through recrystallization process, and characterizations by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FI-IR), Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), mass spectrometry (MS) and melting point determination. Through the systematic and complete comprehensive design of the experiment, it not only enables students to master the basic unit operation, but also the analysis of the structure of organic compounds, which is beneficial to train the students' comprehensive experimental ability and scientific literacy.
