PE管超声相控阵检测探头优化设计研究

Ultrasonic Phased Array Inspection Technology Researchof PE Gas Pipeline Welding Seam

  • 摘要: 针对相控阵超声检测探头的检测频率、聚焦深度、晶片尺寸、晶片个数等因素将影响检测灵敏度的问题,以PE管对接焊缝检测为检测对象,采用wave3000软件对超声相控阵探头相关参数进行了优化设计;设计了PE校准试块,进行了实验验证以证实该仿真结果的准确性。研究表明:通过对超声相控阵检测探头中检测频率、聚焦深度等因素进行优化设计,有效的提高了PE管对接焊缝检测灵敏度。

     

    Abstract: In view of the detection frequency, depth of focus, wafer size and the number of wafers of the phased array ultrasonic testing probe will affect the detection sensitivity, the PE pipe butt weld test was investigated, and wave3000 software was adopted to measure the ultrasonic phased array probe parameter optimization design, and the reliability of the simulation analysis in experimental form was verified. Ultrasonic phased array technology was used to detect the known defects. A calibration block similar to the speed of sound of PE material was designed to verify the accuracy of experimental data. The results show that a calibration block is used to calibrate the instrument to detect defects in PE pipe quickly and accurately.
