Abstract:
A wireless blasting control system based on IAP15W4K58S4 is designed for the demolition of waste high-rise buildings. The system consists of three parts. One is a PC, which is used to observe the parameters of the system and transmit the blasting time of the command control system. The second is the main control board, which is an independent clock source system composed of a constant temperature crystal oscillator. The purpose is to provide precise time for each burst point control board. The third is the blasting point control board, which receives the clock information of the main control board through the nRF24L01 wireless communication module. According to adaptive control algorithm, it constantly modify itself time constant. To achieve the time synchronization between the control points and the main control panel in the range of error tolerance. Thus, the clock between the control points of each blasting point is synchronous. The experimental results show that the accuracy of clock synchronization using ordinary crystal oscillator can reach the order of 100 seconds.
