大开间高层住宅剪力墙结构布置研究

Study on the Structure Layout of High-rise Shear Wall

  • 摘要: 高层住宅发展日新月异,在已建高层住宅中,剪力墙结构住宅占比越来越大。为适用市场需求,本研究以南昌市某小区高层住宅楼中两个常见户型为例,使用结构分析软件MIDAS Building进行分析,对扩大开间的剪力墙结构住宅进行了安全性及经济性的探讨,随后对其弹塑性阶段的抗震性能做了详细分析。最后提出适用于高层住宅的相对合理经济的结构方案及设计建议,为实际工程设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: High-rise residential buildings are developing with each passing day. Among the built high-rise residential buildings, the proportion of shear-wall structure residential buildings is increasing. In order to meet the needs of the market, this paper takes two common household types in a high-rise residential building in a small district of Nanchang as an example. Based on the structure analysis software MIDAS Building, this paper discusses the safety and economy of the shear wall structure residential building with expanded open space, and then makes a detailed analysis of its aseismic performance in the elastic-plastic stage. At last, a relatively reasonable and economical structure scheme and design suggestions for high-rise residential buildings are put forward, which can provide reference for practical engineering design.
