Abstract:
High-rise residential buildings are developing with each passing day. Among the built high-rise residential buildings, the proportion of shear-wall structure residential buildings is increasing. In order to meet the needs of the market, this paper takes two common household types in a high-rise residential building in a small district of Nanchang as an example. Based on the structure analysis software MIDAS Building, this paper discusses the safety and economy of the shear wall structure residential building with expanded open space, and then makes a detailed analysis of its aseismic performance in the elastic-plastic stage. At last, a relatively reasonable and economical structure scheme and design suggestions for high-rise residential buildings are put forward, which can provide reference for practical engineering design.
