基于桩锚支护的基坑锚杆安置倾角优化分析

Optimization Analysis of Inclination Angle of Anchor Rod of Foundation Pit Based on Pile-anchor Support

  • 摘要: 锚杆安置倾角作为基坑支护的重要参数,在基坑工程设计、施工中作用突显。为探讨锚杆安置倾角作用机理,采用有限元分析软件MIDAS/GTS NX,建立桩锚支护结构的三维仿真模型以展开数值分析,通过对基坑锚杆设计参数的动态选取,分析基坑支护结构的稳定性差异及内力情况。结果表明:支护结构变形在一定倾角范围内出现谷值,存在最优安置倾角范围。锚杆设计应合理选取倾角参数,以求支护成本与支护效果的最优解。

     

    Abstract: The inclination angle of the anchor rod is an important parameter for the foundation pit support and a significant role in the design and construction of the foundation pit. In order to explore the inclination mechanism of anchor rod, the finite element analysis software, MIDAS/GTS NX, has been adopted to establish the three-dimensional simulation model of pile-anchor supporting structure to carry out numerical analysis. The stability differences and internal forces of supporting structure have been analyzed through dynamically selecting design parameters of anchor rod of foundation pit. The results show that the valley value appears when the deformation of the supporting structure is within the range of certain inclination angles, and there is the optimal inclination angle range while the inclination parameters should be reasonably chosen in the design of anchor rod to obtain the optimum solution of the cost and effect of the supporting.
