基于弱磁技术的落鱼定位试验研究

Experimental Research on Lost Fish Positioning Based on the Weak-Magnetism Technology

  • 摘要: 钻井、修井过程中的操作不当会导致套管断裂、落鱼(断裂套管)失踪,这将严重影向钻井作业的进度,带来巨大的经济损失。为了提高落鱼打捞的效率和准确度,采用弱磁检测原理对落鱼的位置进行定位。利用电磁场理论建立了点源磁场模型,推导了点源磁场随空间距离的衰减公式,并以高精度磁通门传感器测量的磁感应强度反演落鱼的方位,实现定位。利用地面模拟试验,获得井下落鱼检测的参数数据。现场试验中,将所建立的模型运用于实际的工程中,准确、高效地找到了落鱼。本方法在实际修井作业中具有很强的实际意义。

     

    Abstract: Improper operation in drilling and the process of well repairing will lead to rupture of the casing, fish head (fracture of the casing) missing, which will seriously affect the progress of drilling operations, resulting in huge economic losses. At present, the salvage operation of lost fish is mainly guided by experience judgment, which is less efficient and inaccurate. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fish salvage, this paper uses the principle of weak magnetic detection to locate the position of casing lost fish. Based on the basic theory of electromagnetic field, the point source magnetic field model is established, the attenuation formula of the point source magnetic field with space distance is deduced, and the position of the lost fish is reversed by the magnetic field intensity measured by a high-precision fluxgate sensor. The simulation test of the position of the lost fish shows that the weak magnetic technology can realize the positioning of the lost fish, and the precision of the positioning decreases with the increase of the magnetic source distance. Finally, the established model is applied to the actual project, and the lost fish is found accurately and efficiently.
