Abstract:
Four kinds of T700/QY9611 composite laminates with different layer thickness were prepared by the molding method. The 24 microcosmic gold phase samples were obtained by ultrasonic C scanning and 1 800 metallography photographs were obtained. The micromorphology of the pores was observed by electron microscope. The porosity and quantitative statistical analysis of pore morphology were calculated by the ImageJ software. The study shows that the pore size of the composite laminates is always distributed along the boundary between the fiber and the resin and grows along the layer. With the increase of the thickness of the laminates, the porosity of the laminates increased exponentially, and the pore morphology (length, width, area, shape) has the influence of different range, such as the pore length and width distribution. The proportion of large size pores is increasing, the proportion of circular and elliptical pores is decreasing, and the proportion of irregular pores is increasing.
