有机磷配体合成稳定全无机钙钛矿量子点

Improving the Stability of All Inorganic Perovskite Nanocystals with Employing the Organic Phosphorus Ligands

  • 摘要: 使用强配位能力的有机膦(TBP)作为配体合成钙钛矿量子点不仅光学性能优越,而且稳定性良好,能够至少30 d内保持良好的光学性能。更重要的是,使用TBP作为配位的全无机钙钛矿量子点的电致发光二极管的器件性能远远好于使用有机胺(OAM)作为配体的的钙钛矿量子点发光二极管的性能。其中,TBP-CsPbI3量子点作为发光层的PQLED的外量子效率(2.000%)远远大于OAM-CsPbI3为发光层的PQLED的外量子效率(0.198%)。

     

    Abstract: The perovskite quantum dots with organic phosphorus ligands(TBP-CsPbI3 QDs)display obviously not only the exceptional optical and electrical performance, but also the robust stability during 30 days. In addition, its electroluminescent diodes present excellent performance, compared with perovskite quantum dots with organic amine(OAM-CsPbI3 QDs), specifically showing unprecedented values of the maximum external efficiency (EQE) of 2%, which is higher than the EQE of OAM-CsPbI3 QDselectroluminescent diodes (0.198%).
