用于微流体结晶的芯片及其应用进展

Development of Microfluidic Chip and Its Application in Crystallization

  • 摘要: 近年来,微流控芯片实验室的研究得到迅猛发展,微流控芯片的出现更是将微纳流控体系推向了一个新高度。相比传统实验方法,微流体结晶技术在样品消耗量、分析速度、操作成本以及集成度等方面表现出的显著优势,使其在化学合成、微-纳米材料制备、细胞分析、药物筛选等诸多领域都获得了广泛的应用。微流体结晶作为微流控芯片实验室研究的一个重要部分,为结晶过程的研究提供了新的平台。对用于微流体结晶的芯片特点和类型进行了概述,同时总结了微流控芯片在结晶研究中的应用进展,最后对微流体结晶的发展前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the researches about Lab on a chip have got rapid development. The emergence of microfluidic chip has pushed the microfluidics and nanofluidics control system to a new level. Due to the significant advantages which microfluidic technology shows in sample consumption, analysis speed, operating costs and integration compared with traditional method, it has achieved widely applications in many fields, such as chemical synthesis, micro and nano materials preparation, cell analysis, drug screening and so on. Microfluidic crystallization as an important part of Lab on a chip, it provides a new platform for the research of crystallization process. In this paper, the characteristics and types of microfluidic crystallization chips are summarized, and the latest applications progress of microfluidic chip in crystallization research are also summarized. In the end, the developing prospects of microfluidics crystallization are prospected.
