基于模糊聚类的航空发动机故障预测研究

Research on Aero Engine Fault Prediction Based on Fuzzy Clustering

  • 摘要: 为了保证飞行安全和降低航空维修成本,提高航空发动机故障预测的准确性,利用数据挖掘技术,提出了一种基于模糊聚类的航空发动机故障预测的数据挖掘模型。通过对航空发动机维修数据的分析,构建了发动机数据的采集框架以及维修数据挖掘模型,利用模糊聚类理论对某型号航空发动机的维修数据进行聚类,依据不同的阈值获得样本的不同分类情况进行故障预测。最后通过算例仿真验证了模糊聚类可以为航空发动机故障预测提供决策依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure flight safety and reduce the cost of aviation maintenance, and improve the accuracy of aero engine fault prediction, a data mining model of aero engine fault prediction based on fuzzy clustering is proposed by using data mining technology. And build the collection framework of engine data and the model of maintenance data mining through the analysis of aero engine maintenance data. The maintenance data of a certain aero engine is clustered with fuzzy clustering theory. By the different thresholds to predict the fault can obtain the different classification of samples. Finally, the result of example simulation shows that the fuzzy clustering can provide the basis for decision-making of aero engine fault prediction.
