Abstract:
In order to ensure flight safety and reduce the cost of aviation maintenance, and improve the accuracy of aero engine fault prediction, a data mining model of aero engine fault prediction based on fuzzy clustering is proposed by using data mining technology. And build the collection framework of engine data and the model of maintenance data mining through the analysis of aero engine maintenance data. The maintenance data of a certain aero engine is clustered with fuzzy clustering theory. By the different thresholds to predict the fault can obtain the different classification of samples. Finally, the result of example simulation shows that the fuzzy clustering can provide the basis for decision-making of aero engine fault prediction.
