双金属复合板超声检测方法对比研究

Comparative Study of Ultrasonic Testing Methods for Bimetal Composite Plate

  • 摘要: 针对20碳钢+316L不锈钢双金属复合板进行了超声检测方法对比研究,采用常规超声横波斜探头、纵波直探头、纵波双晶直探头以及超声相控阵对同样的模拟缺陷进行检测,对实验数据进行对比分析,得出不同类型的缺陷所对应的最适合的超声检测方法,并且分析其原因,为双金属复合板的检测提供参考。实验结果表明,纵波双晶直探头及超声相控阵检测定位较为准确,适合于双金属复合板的检测。

     

    Abstract: The ultrasonic testing methods for bimetal composite plate are studied in this paper. The four methods, such as shear wave angle probe,longitudinal wave probe,longitudinal TR transducer and ultrasonic phased array are used for the same artificial defect testing. The experimental data is analyzed and compared to find most suitable method for bimetal composite plate. The result can provide reference for double metal composite plate testing. The experimental results show that the longitudinal TR transducer and ultrasonic phased array are more suitable for the testing of bimetal composite plate.
