污水回用循环水低磷缓蚀阻垢剂的性能研究及应用

Performance Research and Application of Low Phosphorus Corrosion Scale Inhibitor for Wastewater Reusing

  • 摘要: 采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验、静态阻垢试验、动态模拟试验和动电位扫描极化曲线试验评价了污水回用循环水低磷缓蚀阻垢剂RP-12(AQ)的缓蚀性能和阻垢性能,探究了其防腐机理,并在安庆分公司炼油和腈纶循环水系统进行了工业应用。研究结果表明:循环水浓缩倍数4.8~5.2,RP-12(AQ)的质量浓度在ρRP-12(AQ)=90~110 mg/L范围内具有优良的缓蚀阻垢效果,是一种以抑制阳极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂。工业应用结果表明:2个循环水系统的平均腐蚀速率均为0.002 mm/a、粘附速率分别为3.62 mcm和5.43 mcm,满足装置对水处理效果的要求。采用污水适度处理回用于循环水系统的技术路线,且循环水系统缓蚀阻垢剂实现低磷绿色化,具有显著的社会效益。

     

    Abstract: Rotary coupon corrosion test, static scale inhibition test, dynamic simulation test and potentiodynamic polarization curve test were used to evaluate the performance of anticorrosion and scale inhibition of low phosphorus corrosion inhibitor RP-12 (AQ) in circulating water in which wastewater was reused. Its anticorrosion mechanism was studied. Industrial tests were carried out in circulating water systems in Sinopec Anqing petrochemical company. The research results indicate that when the cycle of concentration stays at 4.8~5.2, RP-12 (AQ) has a good corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition effect in the range of ρRP-12(AQ)=90~110 mg/L. It is a kind of mixed corrosion inhibitor which mainly inhibits the anodic reaction. The results of industrial application reveal that the average corrosion rate of two circulating water systems is 0.002 mm/a, and the adhesion rates being 3.62 mg/(cm2·mon) and 5.43 mg/(cm2·mon) respectively, which meet the demands of water treatment. The technical route of reusing properly treated wastewater in circulating systems, as well as the implementation of low phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor has remarkable social benefits.
