考虑分包支付的折现流时间-费用模型与蚁群优化研究

Study on Discounted Flow Time-Cost Model and Ant Colony Optimization Considering Subcontract Payment

  • 摘要: 非主体专业分包是当前"设计-施工总承包模式"的重要组成部分,很大程度上完善了现代专业化项目管理体系,但当前针对项目分包管理的研究尚未考虑到分包活动资金的时间价值对项目效益的影响。针对该问题,提出了考虑分包支付下的折现流时间-费用问题模型,结合蚁群算法启发式并行计算机制,优化求解不同资源约束条件下的最优净现值。研究发现,在考虑分包支付情况时,可以得到更具参考价值的项目调度方案,降低项目施工费用的同时提高了生产效率。

     

    Abstract: The non-subject professional subcontract is an important part of the current "Design-Build model", which greatly improves the modern professional project management system, but the current research on project subcontract management has not yet taken into account the impact of the time value of subcontracting funds on project benefits. Aiming at this problem, the discounted flow time-cost problem model considering subcontracting been proposed on this paper. Combining the ant colony algorithm with heuristic parallel computing mechanism, the optimal net present value under different resource constraints is optimized. The study shows that, when considering the subcontract payment situation, we can get more valuable project scheduling plan, and reduce the project construction costs while improving the production efficiency.
