交变间歇磁场电源的研制及在TIG焊接中的应用

Development of Alternating Intermittent Magnetic Field Power Supply and Its Application in TIG Welding

  • 摘要: 研制了一种新型的交变间歇磁场电源,对电源的电路及控制程序进行了设计,采用键盘输入参数的方式设置交变频率及占空比,参数调节直观方便。利用该电源产生的交变间歇磁场作用于低碳钢TIG焊接过程,探索外加磁场的交变频率对焊接电弧的形态以及焊缝熔宽的影响,并对磁场作用于焊接的机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明:随着磁场交变频率的增大,焊接电弧的形态上部收缩,下部扩张,左右摆动幅度增大,且焊缝熔宽也增大。

     

    Abstract: Developed a new type of alternating intermittent magnetic field power supply, the hardware circuit and software program of the power supply were designed, using the way of the keyboard input the parameters to set the alternating frequency and duty cycle, adjust parameter intuitive and convenient. The alternating intermittent magnetic field generated by the power supply was applied to the TIG welding process in low carbon steel, the effects that the alternating frequency of the applied magnetic field on the shape of the welding arc and the weld width were explored, and the mechanism of magnetic field acting on welding was discussed. The experimental results show that with the increase of the magnetic field frequency, the upper part of the welding arc shrinks and the lower part expansion, the amplitude of left and right swing increased, and the weld width also increased.
