波形钢腹板焊缝质量超声检测方法研究

Research on Ultrasonic Testing Method for Weld Quality of Corrugated Steel Webs

  • 摘要: 新型波纹钢腹板PC组合箱梁结构大跨度桥梁已经在国内外得到了广泛应用,但是对主要承力的钢腹板焊缝检测仍然没有可靠的无损检测方法。研究采用超声波检测方法对波纹钢腹板角接焊缝进行实验探索,首先根据超声波在材料中的传播原理,理论分析超声检测方案;然后根据实际波纹钢腹板与翼缘板角接焊接的工艺和尺寸制备含有不同缺陷的试样;最后进行超声检测实验,并将实验结果与射线检测结果进行比较,超声检测结果与射线检测结果非常吻合,说明超声检测方法可以较好的实现该类结构的检测。

     

    Abstract: The novel PC composite box girder structure of long-span bridge made of corrugated steel web has been widely used at home and abroad, but the steel web weld seam detection is still not reliable nondestructive testing methods. Ultrasonic testing method of corrugated steel webs angle weld is proposed through experimental exploration, and first of all, ultrasonic testing program is analyzed according to the principle of ultrasonic propagation in the material; And then specimens with different defects are prepared according to the actual corrugated steel web plate; And finally experiment of ultrasonic testing is achieved, and the results were compared with experimental results of radiographic testing, and ultrasonic testing results and the ray detection results are in very good agreement, which can indicate that the ultrasonic testing method can achieve a better detection of this kind of structure.
