Abstract:
To improve the positioning accuracy of DV-Hop algorithm under the random topology network scenarios, an improved algorithm was put forward. Firstly, we define the pseudo-range error factor to remove the reverence nodes with larger error when calculate the average hop-distance of anchor nodes, by this means, the influence of the random topology network will be decreased and the calculation accuracy of the average hop-distance will be enhanced. Secondly, broadcasting the mean value of the anchor node's average hop-distance of the whole network. Lastly, the unknown nodes adopt trilateral or multilateral measurement method to compute the coordinates. The simulation results show that the positioning accuracy of the proposed algorithm has better localization performance compared with the original DV-Hop algorithm and other existing improved algorithms.
