摘要: 燃油系统工作模拟试验台用于在地面模拟某型无人机产品燃油系统的工作条件,以验证无人机燃油系统设计的合理性、控制功能的正确性并发现和解决设计缺陷。通过设计一种基于BP神经网络的自适应PID控制器对飞机燃油系统工作模拟台测控系统进行了设计,实现了对转台转动角度、油箱增压压力、发动机耗油量等参数的伺服跟踪。能对试验现场参数及工作状况参数进行采集,并实现故障报警和处理。本文所论述的设计方法同样适用于类似机械液压系统或动力系统。Abstract: Platform for fuel system test is used to simulate the flight attitude of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), verify fuel system's performance and reliability, and help to improve and solve the design. This platform could simulate attitude angle, pressure and the engine fuel consumption of a tank. Detailed realization of servo tracking control based on BP neutral network PID controller is presented. The methods described could be applied to other hydro mechanical devices.
